Town Building Co., has developed some notable projects in Royal Oak, including the 3-building Park West condo development at 11 Mile & Maxwell, as well as a number of the newer single-family homes behind that development, up Maxwell towards Sherman. With limited options for condos in Royal Oak at the moment, these will be priced similarly to slightly above The Harrison Collection, but with a far better location. We toured the development recently with Christian and his crew, and were throughly impressed; bright, airy spaces with fabulous views southward down Main Street of Royal Oak, in the rapidly developing/re-imagined section of downtown between 11 Mile & Catalpa.

Location, location, location; this building is ideally situated just far enough north that you won't need to deal with intoxicated foot-traffic outside your window, but you'll still be close enough to the action that you can delete your Uber and Lyft apps. Better yet, you will be crawling distance to Bread by Crispelli's, which if you haven't tried yet, you should; if you're anything like us, an "I love carbs" tattoo will be soon to follow.
