Located on the north side of Buell Road, just west of Rochester Road, this massive community will feature 140 single-family homes, spread across the 250 acre parcel, within the acclaimed Rochester School District. Prices are expected to start in the upper $700s, and the neighborhood will begin pre-sales in February. Like many of Lombardo’s more popular/in-demand neighborhoods, we anticipate monthly limited lot releases, via their first-come-first-served online digital homesite registration system.
