It only makes sense; with the last update to our website approaching its 4th anniversary, the most practical way to celebrate that milestone would be to launch a new website. Because attention spans and the interwebs and whatnot.

Anyway, we are excited to share our new approach.

For years, we provided info that was readily available via numerous other sources: builder websites, real estate portals, social media, etc. The question for us became, why compete?

We are still happy to provide all of that information for you - personally, and directly.

But for those of you just starting your search, or curious about what’s on the horizon, we have turned our search into Neighborhood Reviews; prior to new neighborhoods opening, we will review them - offering the details that are currently available about the neighborhood, as well as our thoughts on what to expect.

Think Car & Driver, but for new home construction.
