Developer the D'Agostini Companies are bringing 55 estate-sized lots to the east side of Mound Road, between 29 Mile and 30 Mile. Several different builders will be involved with the project, which will feature 3,000 sqft minimums on roughly 3/4 acre lots. Prices will vary from builder to builder, but we don't anticipate anything under $1M. Expect sales to begin early in 2026.
