Pulte Homes will bring 72 "Elegant" 3-4 story townhomes to the grounds of the renowned Saint John's Resort, near 5 Mile and Sheldon Road in Plymouth Township. Located on the northwest corner of the property, views of the golf course will be available, assumably for a premium price. Pre-sales are expected to begin in mid-2026, with prices starting in the upper $500s.

The Pulte family (no longer officially affiliated with the builder) purchased the resort - recently ranked by US News and World Report as the best resort in the state - back in 2021, and sold this section of the property to the builder.
