Located on the far western edge of Canton Township, M/I Homes will be building 51 single-family homes spread over a 26-acre parcel near Napier and Ford Road. Four different floor plans will be offered, each with several exterior elevations, and all will be 2-story colonials. The homes will range in size from 2,600 to 3,700+ sqft; pricing will start in the mid-$600s. This neighborhood will be within the Plymouth-Canton School District.
Prices have really escalated in Canton over the past 5-10 years; it was not that long ago that $500K was a reasonable price-point, but as neighborhoods creep closer to/over $1M, Harvest Arbor seems like there will be a chance to stay closer to $500K than $1M, without sacrificing exterior details (brick), lot size, or density. M/I Homes doesn't necessarily include as much as some other builders in the area, so a long list of upgrades could push you into the $800s or higher, but if you can keep things reasonable, this neighborhood could prove to be an excellent value.
While this section of the township might not seem commute-friendly, trust us - it is. A quick shot up Gotfredson Road to M-14 might seem out of the way, but it's 1,000 times better than navigating Ford Road to I-275. We are talking rush hour, not rush hour, 5am Sunday morning... doesn't matter. Ford Road is a nightmare and being able to avoid it adds instant value. Sorry Ikea™.

Keyboard navigation optimization: The background process also adjusts the website’s HTML, and adds various behaviors using JavaScript code to make the website operable by the keyboard. This includes the ability to navigate the website using the Tab and Shift+Tab keys, operate dropdowns with the arrow keys, close them with Esc, trigger buttons and links using the Enter key, navigate between radio and checkbox elements using the arrow keys, and fill them in with the Spacebar or Enter key.Additionally, keyboard users will find quick-navigation and content-skip menus, available at any time by clicking Alt+1, or as the first elements of the site while navigating with the keyboard. The background process also handles triggered popups by moving the keyboard focus towards them as soon as they appear, and not allow the focus drift outside of it.
Users can also use shortcuts such as “M” (menus), “H” (headings), “F” (forms), “B” (buttons), and “G” (graphics) to jump to specific elements.
