The location is equal parts amazing and rare - with incredible access to Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, and major commute corridors, it's not often we get to see ANY new construction in Bingham Farms, let alone a new neighborhood. Recent sales for units in mid-rise buildings in Birmingham have soared north of $3.5M, so most potential buyers in this area likely won't bat an eyelash and the lofty starting prices. After all, unlike some of the pricier Birmingham product, these have private entry's, walkable grounds, and less commotion around the unit with only someone above or below you, not both (as well as two or potentially three sides). We haven't seen a list of finishes yet, but from what we've seen from Nosan Signature Homes in the past, we anticipate top-of-the-line everything.
