Toll Brothers will be offering 98 attached condos in a new neighborhood on the west side of Ridge Road, just north of 5 Mile. The 2-story designs will offer 3 bed/2.5+ bath plans, ranging in size from 1,900 to 2,200+ sqft, with attached 2-car garages. Located within the acclaimed Northville School District, prices are expected to start in the low $500s, and pre-sales will likely begin in September 2025.
