With plans to open in October 2025, Robertson Brothers Homes (along with Renovate Development LLC), will bring their acclaimed townhome and duplex products to Harper Woods. Offering 2-story and 3-story plans, 71 units will be constructed on the west side of Harper, just south of Vernier. The Michigan State Housing Development Authority supported this development with funding from the Missing Middle Housing program to ensure families making 60-120% AMI can be accommodated. This neighborhood is within the Grosse Pointe School District.
With prices anticipated to be in the mid-$200s, this is a wonderful development - bringing new, affordable homes to a city that has seen little development in decades.
