Located on the site of the former Madison Elementary School (near Cherry Hill and Wayne Road), expect 45 single-family homes by Lombardo Homes, spread across a roughly 12-acre parcel. This neighborhood is slated to open in January of 2024, and will feature Lombardo's Artisan Series homes; 3-4 bedroom colonials ranging in size from 1,900 - 2,800 sqft.
