Adjacent (but not connected) to Pulte's Ballantyne neighborhood on the north side of 8 Mile, Parc Vista by Toll Brothers will feature 44 single-family homes on half-acre lots. The estate sized homes will range in size from 3,200 to over 4,200 sqft and prices are expected to start in the upper $800s or low $900s.
With 8 Mile now officially the new Beck Road when it comes to $1M+ developments on the west side, we anticipate that this neighborhood will sell fast despite most (all?) of the homes being in the 7-digit range. Pulte has burned though Ballantyne faster than anyone expected - at similar prices - and we don't think Parc Vista will be any different.
Hang out at ITC Park down the street and experience the joy of watching out-of-towners traverse this section of 8 Mile expecting what they saw in the movie, only to discover... nope.

The background process also handles triggered popups by moving the keyboard focus towards them as soon as they appear, and not allow the focus drift outside of it.
Users can also use shortcuts such as “M” (menus), “H” (headings), “F” (forms), “B” (buttons), and “G” (graphics) to jump to specific elements.
