Scheduled to open in September 2025, Sheffield Forest by Lombardo Homes will offer 105 single-family homes on the west side of Fairchild Road, north of 22 Mile. Their Artisan line of homes will be offered, which features ranch plans in the 1,500-2,300+ sqft range, and colonial plans in the 1,900-3,000+ sqft range. This neighborhood is within the L'Anse Cruse School District.
This area of the township has seen a good deal of activity recently, and there is value in building a new home in an area with a number of other new/new-ish homes. Prices are still TBD, but our best guess has them starting in the $400s, with the ability to have some structural enhancements and interior upgrades, without having to go deep into the $500s.
It's location on the east side of the township means your commute will likely involve I-94, instead of Van Dyke... eliminating the dreaded Van Dyke crawl.

The background process also handles triggered popups by moving the keyboard focus towards them as soon as they appear, and not allow the focus drift outside of it.
Users can also use shortcuts such as “M” (menus), “H” (headings), “F” (forms), “B” (buttons), and “G” (graphics) to jump to specific elements.
