Located on the north side of Buell Road, just west of Rochester Road, initial information is limited but it is believed that roughly 140 single-family homes will be built across 250 acres, within the acclaimed Rochester School District. Prices are expected to start in the $700s, and we anticipate the neighborhood will begin pre-sales in early 2026.

Lombardo Homes has an excellent track record in Oakland Township and we anticipate this neighborhood will continue that tradition. Though the price tag might initially seem high for homes that are expected to be in the 2,500 to 3,000 sqft range, the fact that this neighborhood is in Rochester Schools means they can price it however they want and people will probably pay it; I guess we're lucky they are starting as low as the $700s.

Sure, the northern section of this neighborhood is far enough north that it qualifies for a different climate designation, but that's where you'll really appreciate Lombardo's attention to energy efficiency.
