Pulte Homes will bring 72 "Elegant" 3-4 story townhomes to the grounds of the renowned Saint John's Resort, near 5 Mile and Sheldon Road in Plymouth Township. Located on the northwest corner of the property, views of the golf course will be available, assumably for a premium price. Pre-sales are expected to begin in mid-2026, with prices starting in the upper $500s.

The Pulte family (no longer officially affiliated with the builder) purchased the resort - recently ranked by US News and World Report as the best resort in the state - back in 2021, and sold this section of the property to the builder. Offering beautiful views of the course, as well as convenient access to Downtown Plymouth and Downtown Northville, we have no doubt these units will sell at a brisk pace.
