Located on the south side of Maple Road, just east of Wixom Road, Timberside Reserve by Pulte Homes will offer new construction single-family homes, starting from the mid-$500s. Offering their Aspire, Hampton, and Mitchell floorplans, expect homes offering 4-6 bed/2.5-2.5 bath, and ranging in size from around 2,200 sqft to over 3,000 sqft. This neighborhood is expected to open in the winter/spring of 2026.

The south side of the development will connect directly to the Michigan Airline Trail, which will offer pedestrians traffic-free access to the small but developing Downtown Wixom district. It is worth noting that the west side of this neighborhood will run adjacent to an electric easement that runs though the area, with some sizable towers, so getting in for early lot selection is advised if you would prefer to distance yourself from the easement.

The delicious El Camino Real Mexican Restaurant, the popular Drafting Table Brewing Company, and the centrally located Wixom Police Station are walkable from this neighborhood, which all things considered, combine for an eventful and convenient little Saturday afternoon.
